What’s the deadline, really?
Pre-orders close October 25. Orders are printed in batches with the lab, so nothing can be added after the cutoff. Reserving early guarantees your place and your delivery timing.
Is there a minimum for branded calendars?
Branding is included on orders of ten or more — $22 each, dropping to $16 each at 100+. Need fewer? Single, unbranded calendars are $25 each.
I don’t have a designer — can you handle the artwork?
Yes. Send your logo and contact details and we design your cover and branded section for you, then send a proof to approve before anything prints.
When and how are they delivered?
Finished calendars are delivered before year-end, in time to hand out at the start of the year. Local Billings delivery is included.
Can we choose the photographs?
Every calendar features original Montana and Yellowstone imagery. Have favorites or a theme in mind? Tell us when you reserve and we’ll work with you.
